Lions Dates to Remember
Attention Fellow Lions:
As many of may know, Lions Jim Hallberg and Bob Stolper are Board members of another worthy Elmhurst organization - United Community Concerns Association (UCCA). They solicit funds from generous companies and individuals to purchase food for needy families in the Elmhurst area.
This year's family count is over 300, a new record high.

Here is how we can help:
On Saturday, 8AM, 12/10/11, they need volunteers to help distribute food and supplies to those
Elmhurst families in need. Lions Bob and Jim would like us come to the Elmhurst maintenance
building on Riverside Dr near Route 83 the above date and time. Other volunteers will load your
car with boxes of food for two or more Elmhurst families. We can choose an Elmhurst area for your convenience if you prefer. You just drive to their residence and ring their door bell and deliver
the food. They will be expecting you, so you will not have any problems. Many of our club members
have already done this in past years and know it is very fulfilling and important.

Please volunteer again. If you haven't done this before, you will have a great experience.
Your help will be deeply appreciated...
