About Elmhurst Leos
The Elmhurst Leo Club was chartered August 24, 2007 and sponsored by the Elmhurst Noon Lions Club
The Leo Club Program objective is: "To provide the youth of the world with an opportunity for development and contribution, individually and collectively, as responsible members of the local, national, and international community." The Leo Club Motto is: Leadership - Leos develop skills as organizers, time managers, and motivators of their peers. Experience - Leos learn the importance of cooperation through the performance of community service. Opportunity - Membership in a Leo club provides young people with a chance to excel, to develop character traits, and to receive recognition for their contributions to the community.

Membership
For the past 48 years, thousands of young people have benefited from membership in the Leo Club Program. Some of these benefits are tangible; others are intangible. Making new friends and viewing the world through another's perspective aretwo of the benefits of Leo service. As community volunteers, Leos oftendevelop confidence and organization skills through this hands-on experience.
Leo Club participation counts towards High School Community Service obligations.
The Cost of Joining a Leo Club
Every new Leo receives a Leo New Member Kit.

Each New Membership dues cost US$25.00 ($5.00 Application Fee + 20.00/Annual Dues)

Elmhurst Leos Club is a youth group that's affiliated with the Elmhurst Noon Lion Club and is for children and teens ages 12 -18. Leo Members support Lion Clubs goals and functions and in addition, create and fund their own charitable events.

The Leo Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday's of each month at 6:30 pm, at St Peter's UCC Church, 125 W. Church Street, Elmhurst. Parking lot is located on Cottage Hill...enter at main door and follow signs to Parlor.
We gather at 6:15 for some social time, with the meeting starting promptly at 6:30pm!!
